Set the pickup pin carefully
Move the pin to a hotel entrance, station gate, or safe pickup point.

Check the plate number
Only get in when the car plate matches the app.

Use in-app translated chat
If the driver calls, stay at the pin and use chat if you cannot speak Chinese.
