Experiences and bookings

Payment holds your spot. The trip is confirmed once the selected time reaches the group minimum.
If the group minimum is not met two hours before start time, we automatically refund the payment to the original payment method.
Only items listed as included are included. Optional purchases, extra food or drinks, personal expenses, gratuities, and third-party charges are paid separately unless clearly stated.
Weather, traffic, venue rules, provider availability, or safety conditions may require timing or route adjustments. We will contact you if the plan needs to change.

Services and third-party providers

ExploreChina provides travel coordination, translation, local support, and booking assistance. Some services are delivered by independent local providers.
Provider charges, clinic fees, medical tests, tickets, food, purchases, tolls, parking, materials, and gratuities are paid separately unless a page clearly says they are included.
Provider availability, pricing, policies, route timing, opening hours, and local requirements may change. We confirm details before you commit.

Medical visit support

Medical visit help is booking, navigation, and translation support only.
Doctors, clinics, hospitals, and testing centers provide all medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, test results, prescriptions, and medical pricing.
For urgent symptoms, emergencies, or time-sensitive medical needs, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical provider directly.
